OK. It seems that your soundcard have uknown (yet) PnP ID.. Please, send
me contents of your /proc/isapnp file (after module isapnp is inserted
to kernel). This procedure is mentioned in INSTALL file. Thank you..

Unfortunately Creative have many Sound Blaster card types with different
PnP ID's :-(((
