Well, as it seems to me, there is also a digital kind of problem, but to
me it seems there are also some big elektro-magnetical fields,
disturbing things in your computer. I would try to build two metal
plates on u're sound-board, covering both surfaces of it. The plates
should be as close to the PCB as possible (bot not create a short
circuit of course).
