If you can believe what you read on the web, it pretty much beats
everything in its price range (which is awfully low), and in fact beats
everything that's not a LOT more expensive. Take a look at:

If the AudioPCI had been well-supported in Linux when I was soundcard
shopping last winter, I probably would have bought it. (Instead I got a
TB Malibu, which is pretty good, and has a fun built-in wavetable
synth... the Ensoniq doesn't).

Anyway, now the Ensoniq is a viable option for Linux! Hooray for ALSA!
