when in linux, i would strongly suggest anything soundblaster...  RedHat by
default supports soundblasters very well..  i, unfortunately, have an Ensoniq
AudioPCI, which is GREAT for windoze, but (until ALSA) was nothing but trouble
in linux...   also, i would reccomend anything non-Plug-n-Pray...
