Hello,

Forgive the intrusion, however I have a very perplexing problem. I own
a ViperMAX soundcard (GUS Extreme) and I am currently attempting to also
install a SB16 into the same machine. I have gotten the cards to cooperate
nicely, save for one problem. Whenever I try to play something on the SB16
device, I only get perhaps half a second of audio and then its just a hum on
the line, no static or popping. I am wondering if perhaps this could be due to
a software bug or perhaps a hardware problem in the sb16.

Any feedback would be appreciated :)

Thanks,
