Well, I have heard from one other guy who has a similar problem. I think
recent revisions of the card design may have the problem worse... mine
doesn't really seem bad to me, it's only at VERY high volume on
headphones with CD and synth unmuted that it's bothersome. Under normal
circumstances it's nearly unnoticeable.

Also, one other thing to look into is to make sure you're not sharing a
DMA with anything; I heard somewhere that that causes noise problems...
