This is little door for future... Maybe in future should be soundcards
more complex and more mixers should be present on one soundcard...

Two mixers is used only for GUS Extreme at this time... (mixer 0 - ES1688
mixer, mixer 1 - GF1 mixer which doesn't need change in usual use).
