I was never able to get my STB SoundRage32 to work with ALSA since my
last kernel upgrade to 2.0.36. I have since installed isapnp to see if
that would help. Here is isapnp output:

dpuryear@ka:/home/dpuryear# isapnp /etc/isapnp.conf
/proc/bus/pci/devices not found, so PCI resource conflict not checked
Board 1 has Identity f4 00 00 00 01 1a 01 82 4e: STB011a Serial No 1
[checksum f4]

Okay, so isapnp sees the card. Now, I compiled alsa-driver-0.3.0-pre4
_WITHOUT_ --with-isapnp=yes because I was using isapnp. So, I now get
this output:

dpuryear@ka:/usr/local/src/alsa# modprobe snd-interwave
Initialization of snd failed
snd-cs4231: No such file or directory

I really want to get sound working again. Any help is appreciated.

Regards, Dustin
