The SB 128 is on the way and I want use the ALSA library for sound support.
However, I have some questions about ALSA I would be happy anyone could
answer:

- Is ALSA compatible with OSS (or vice-versa). I mean, do applications made
for OSS work with ALSA or applications made for ALSA work with OSS?
- is it free?

Thanks
Udo Giacomozzi
