There is at least one professional quality analog/digital io sound card
available.  They are used on a few broadcast cart machine setups which
use QNX or NT as their OS.  I believe the card is made in Canada.  If
you like I can try to research what brand the card is.  Then again,
driver support for the card would mean cooperation of the manufacturer
and/or ownership of a card by a developer :)  They were a few hundred
$US last time I checked, which was a couple of years ago.
