There's no such thing as Hi-Fi sound-card. Sounds like an oxymoron to me...
You have any idea of what goes on (electromagnetically) inside your pc?
Generally, if you want real Hi-Fi music you should look for a two-stage
CD-player
(the first just make the disc spin, the second get the signal and pass it
to the amp possibly still in digital format), and a two stage amplifier (a
pre-amp with digital inputs and a power amp).
Money spent on so-called hi-fi soundcards is wasted money(just my opinion).
