Is the ac1 patch called 2.2.0-ac1 or 2.2.0ac1. If it uses the last then 
ALSA won't work. The easiest thing you can do is to edit
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/version.h and add the - in the UTS_RELEASE
define.

This is appletalk and ipx. You have not compiled the modules. If you want
to use appletalk or ipx you'll have to recompile the kernel. If you don't
want to see these messages add:
alias net-pf-4 off
alias net-pf-5 off
to your /etc/conf.modules
