I am using the latest ALSA drivers via CVS with a Sound Blaster AWE 64
and have had great results.

However, I am currently trying to use speak freely in full duplex mode
and have not been able to get any mic input to play while sfspeaker is
running.

I have noticed that:

o when I receive mic input from another host, sfspeaker dies on my
machine.
o when I submit mic input to myself, I don't seem to be getting any
data in at all.

I have checked the mixer settings and they look fine.

Has anyone had successful results using this program with the ALSA
drivers? I assume this might be an OSS compatibility issue, but I
thought perhaps I was missing something in the Makefile args.

My system is RedHat 5.2, gcc 2.8.1, kernel 2.2.0-pre6.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Brad
