Maybe this isn't practical, and it's definitely a hack, but here goes....

How about if you just make a "private" email address
(jaroslav_hates_spam@alsa.jcu.cz) with a .foward for the presumably few
people who must use multiple email accounts. Those people could post to that
account which forwards their post to the list. You could even set up up to
strip the "private" account out of the post so that it is only known to
those who need it.
