The "real" solution is for people to always send from the same address.
It's the "right way to do it", but lack of time for quick local configurati=
on,
etc. may forbid this.  One option is to allow (via the listmanager) one
to subscribe, but not receive messages; this allows the person to post with=
out
receiving duplicate messages.  I don't know how that'd be done with whatever
listmanager you use here.  (I simply telnet or ssh into my home machine,
and do everything there.)
