You probably mean AC'97 (Audio Codec '97) generic code which is developed
for AK4540, but I know that this code is working with other AC'97 codecs
well.. Specification should be get from
		ftp://alsa.jcu.cz/pub/manuals/general/ac97r21.pdf.
