It looks like the whole works stops while writing i/o port, not
returned from iow().  This is also true on Windows, then maybe the
character of this interface.
I though of the possibility of buffering the data, but perhaps no
way..

Hmm, it should be named as a "bug" of driver :-)
I'll look at the code around that..
