It isn't possible at kernel level. You can use two PCM devices to
simultaneous playback or you should use some user space mixing daemon such
as EsounD (http://pw1.netcom.com/~ericmit/EsounD.html).

Playback and recording should be done at same time if your soundcard
supports full duplex.
