Yes, S3 SonicVibes chip isn't too bad, but it have 16MB limitation for
DDMA buffers as ISA cards (none knows why). Get it if you want add SRS
to line-in or CD analog input. This chip have also integrated MIDI
synthesizer.

I preffer Ensoniq AudioPCI ES1371... No effects, no internal WaveTable,
but quality is very good and you have two independend channels for
playback..

If you want S/PDIF output - look for soundcards with CS4237B/CS4238B
chips (Turtle Beach Malibu for example) - this is ISA soundcard, but 
good.
