Hi,

ftp://orbital.xs4all.nl/pub/AlsaPlayer/AlsaPlayer.bz2

This is a threaded gtk+ version. I'm close to getting a working
playlist (gtk+ clist is a pain). After that some minor code
cleanups are still needed. This version adds 3 TEST windows with
different scopes (Monoscope, FFTScope and a Spacescope) ported over
from BeOS. Linux is turning out the be the media OS <g>

Please test, feedback really appreciated. For best results this
program needs suid root since some thread priorities must be changed
for best results. E.g. the thread that handles user interaction
must be bumped up a little to get better user interaction.
The thread that communicates with ALSA runs best at "real-time"
with small fragment sizes for low latency playback. It will of course
run fine without suid...

Thanks,
Andy
