It is very simple. Just invert the result before using it. Say your scale
goes from 0 to 256. The result you should use is (256 - scale_val) !

for yet another update of AlsaPlayer, new icons and some code
restructuring. Still only a static binary, since the source build is not 
a straight forward thing..
