At this time can be used only second way (different major number), but
this isn't very big problem for ALSA (try ./configure --with-major=60 for
example).

Maybe after all ALSA native devices will be assigned we should talk with
Alan Cox if soundcore (present in latest 2.1.X kernels) should be extended
for ALSA native devices. This will allow mix OSS/Lite, ALSA and other
drivers in one major number.
