Jaroslav, can you let me know your 'other ideas'? The proposal I recently
posted was a version 0.01, that for sure needs some polishing. The reason I
submitted this rough version was to get people thinking, and have comments
from various perspectives. I'll use this input to refine the plan. Before we
can start with the development of this sequencer core the plan will have to
stabilize. It is NOT stable yet at this time, ad will take a few weeks
before it is.

I made a start on a web page for the ALSA Sequencer. This can be found at
	http://www.inter.nl.net/users/F.K.W.van.de.Pol/alsa/


btw: I don't think the time stamp and synchronisation are a problem anymore.
I found a way we can have best of both worlds, and still keep it elegant.
