OK. It seems that nobody have got other comments. I put this text to URL
http://alsa.jcu.cz/call1.html and if Chris confirms me that the document
is final, I'll put it to usuall place.

I have got only one small note to binary ALSA drivers. The provider of
those binary drivers MUST include notice that the drivers aren't part of
the official ALSA distribution and the ALSA project will never support
them. The user which want to use a binary driver MUST ever to confirm this
notice (by downloading or unpacking). There must be also some contact for
a support (E-mail).

I don't want simply answer to questions of a type: Why the ??? binary 
driver doesn't work with ALSA X.X.X - OR - I have got some trouble with
the ??? binary driver.
