as i browsed through the large amounts of HOWTO's for Linux.. i came
across kerneld-minihowto... and i started reading it...

then i noticed an option that could be passed to kerneld

/etc/conf.modules:

post-install module program... 

so that would be the way to run a mixer after the installation of the
module... 

other option would be to make a module to load a module... but this is
just an idea... and i'm not experienced in modules programming so i don't
know if it even possible...
