Hi,
Is there documentation on what the actual bit-by-bit format of
different audio formats is? The principle ones that I am thinking of are
mu-law, wav, adpcm, signed 16 bit samples (are those just signed 16 bit
integers?). Others would be good. Also, does timidity provide a
useable oss sequencer so that I could develop midi playing code on it? I
will of course support the alsa midi sequencer when it is reasonably
mature (as in jaroslav starts thinking that alsa is ready to completely
replace OSS, especially in the kernel).
There was something else, but I can't think of it right now. :-)
Thanks.
	-Chris
