I'm using the latest ALSA cvs, Linux 2.2.1 with the soundcore patch.
Everything is set up properly, trust me. I have two soundcards GUS PnP &
SB AWE64. The problem is that the snd_ctl_hw_info functions says that the
second soundcard doesn't have a mixer dev. The order in which ALSA sees
my cards does't matter, the second is the one without a mixer. I can
access the mixer with snd_mixer_open etc., but snd_ctl_hw_info doesn't
see it.
