Very much thanks to everybody who spent his time to help me and to all
who built this project. Yes, it was my mistake (I didn't have any
doubpts about it) - I took obsolete alsa-lib pack. Now it works fine,
including alsa-player, other alsa-utils and Realplayer 5.0. Great !!!

Unfortunately I'm not still able to hear midi-files. KDE midi-player
complains that

Tone bank <N> is undefined
where <N> is 1, 8, 3, 16 or 127
and
No instrument mapped to tone bank 0, program <N> - instrument will not
be heard
again where <N> is 8, 12 18, 19 and so on.
OK, I'm going to download and install MIDI-player of Isaku Yamahata. I
hope it helps.

Once more - thanks to all
