  The test program they supply could be used for programming a driver, it 
  does not supply documentation, but it supplies information about how to
  do it, and their function naming does say pretty much about how it works.

Yeah, I've heard this from others, as well. Now that I'm done with my
transition period (I've moved from Boston, MA, USA to D.C. and Silicon
Valley, CA in the space of three weeks), I'll re-start the development.

I just don't like working "blind" like that.
