OK. People. I see that the development of ES1868 driver is unsynced now.
I don't included to CVS any posted patch yet.

Althrough patch from Abramo looks as best for me, it is lacking native ISA
PnP initialization and I see that MIDI IRQ isn't shared with audio. It
will be also fine if I'll talk with ONE developer which will submit
patches (and certificate changes from others) to me.

Things TODO:

1) Merge Abramo and latest Unai code
2) Add patch for f.andres@usa.net for MaxiSound support
