At this time doesn't, but it is good idea block some resources for ISA PnP
autoconfiguration. This doesn't solve problem with mixing ISA PnP and
non-PnP soundcards. I need know before detection code is executed if user
asks for ISA PnP soundcard or for legacy ISA soundcard. Note that this
problem exists only for SB16 module.

Program alsactl can be run when driver is loaded, thus nothing can be
stored to some configuration file. Only way is set module parameters.
