About the BSD license stuff, since a BSd license allows one to do
essentially whatever you want as long as you keep attribution, includiong
redistributing the code in binary only format, couldn't you just keep
attribution and redistribute as GPL?  The BSD license doesn't require
redistrobution under the BSD license, does it?  Btw, IANAL. :)
