Subject: configure not generated in distributed alsa-lib-0.3.0pre2

I am upgrading the ALSA install on my machine (to go with shiny new
2.2.0-pre5-ac1) to the most recent released versions. While building
alsa-lib, I discovered there was no "configure" script built for that
directory. I blindly typed "autoconf" and it seemed to Do The Right
Thing (tm). Session log:

| [tkil@slinky alsa-lib-0.3.0pre2]$ ./configure
| bash: ./configure: No such file or directory
| [tkil@slinky alsa-lib-0.3.0pre2]$ autoconf
| configure.in:22: warning: AC_TRY_RUN called without default to allow cross compiling
| [tkil@slinky alsa-lib-0.3.0pre2]$ ./configure

... and it worked fine from there on out.

Thanks again for the delightful sound package,
Tony
