Because there is ALSA sequencer and OSS sequencer. OSS sequencer isn't
emulated yet and I willn't work on this emulation in future. OSS sequencer
looks for very much broken (I know what I'm writing - I wrote OSS
sequencer emulator for ultra project driver). Maybe someone other will
start work on emulation module.
